    A government provided resource providing information about New Zealand’s accident compensation scheme.   • Navigation Services

    A government funded but independent service offering free information and support to help people navigate ACC’s claims and complaints processes. Navigation Services can help individuals understand their ACC entitlements, how to manage a claim, and what to do if issues arise.

    Navigation Services are delivered by two national agencies: Way Finders and Workplace Injury Advocacy Service.

    Te Ara Tūhono, the Kaupapa Māori Navigation Service, is provided regionally to Māori.
