The Rules Committee has worked for several years and through many rounds of consultation on its now-completed High Court (Improved Access to Civil Justice) Amendment Rules currently being promulgated. These Rules implement the Committee’s recommendations in relation to the High Court in its 2022 report “Improving Access to Civil Justice”. The new regime is due to commence on 1 January 2026. Join this valuable and important seminar in which the Chair and two key members of the Rules Committee will outline the background, content and implications of the new Rules once they are implemented.
